Overview
The Solaroz Project is a brine lithium exploration project covering 12,080 hectares at the northeast border of the Salar of Olaroz, Province of Jujuy, Argentina. Hanaq Argentina will carry out its operation activities through the company Hananta SA resulting from the joint venture with the Australian company Strike Resources Ltd.
The company Sales de Jujuy has been producing lithium carbonate since 2015 in the Salar of Olaroz, which has posed a proven success for these types of projects. Hananta SA is now doing all the paperwork for the required licenses before the authorities of the Province of Jujuy in order to carry out geophysical studies (VES-TEM-GRAV and Passive Seismic), surface brine samples in basins as well as diamond and rotatory drilling to study the project business potential.
