Arizaro

Overview

The Arizaro project is a lithium in brine project, with an area of 21,850 hectares, located in the salt flat of the same name, in the province of Salta, in the northwest of the Argentine Republic.

The exploration program that Hanari SA has been carrying out since May 2018 includes direct surface exploration (geochemical sampling of trenches and geological mapping), as well as indirect exploration techniques such as geophysics (TEM-GRAV). These data have allowed us to identify areas of interest, which have been successfully drilled during the first quarter of 2019. These drillings allowed us to identify levels with significant volumes of brine and to know the geochemical characteristics in depth. More exploratory drilling is currently planned and extraction technologies that best suit the characteristics of the project’s brines are being evaluated.
