Overview
The San Andrés project is located in the Puna de Jujuy, about 190 km from the capital city. It is located approximately 15 km from the La Providencia Mine (Hanaq’s next operation) and is accessed through a secondary road.
San Andrés is a low to intermediate sulphidation deposit containing mainly Ag-Cu-Pb. The form of mineralization is disseminated, in veinlets, stockworks in the dacite rock. In sectors it presents oxidized copper, but these zones are generally covered, so it can only be observed in ravines.
