Overview
The Solaroz Project is a lithium brine exploration project that occupies 12,080 hectares on the northwest edge of the Salar de Olaroz, Jujuy Province, Argentina. Hanaq Argentina SA will operate the Project through the company Hananta SA, which arises from the association with the Australian company Strike Resources Ltd.
Olaroz is a salt flat with proven success for this type of project and in which, since 2015, the company Sales de Jujuy has been producing lithium carbonate. Hananta SA is processing the necessary permits with the authorities of the Province of Jujuy to carry out geophysical studies (SEV – TEM – GRAV and Passive Seismic), surface brine sampling in trenches and diamond and rotary drilling to evaluate the economic potential of the project.
